Job Overview
We design administrative processes for instruments and reagents, manufacture jigs, carry out quality-related activities, improve production line processes, train/develop manufacturing staff, etc.
Job Description
- Improve production operation processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Support management and educate manufacturing staff, in addition to providing technical guidance and production process analysis.
- Create instrument history records based on product design specifications.
- Carry out cost-reduction activities, evaluate physical properties and performance of prototypes, and improve productivity and quality.
- Carry out quality-related activities, such as the evaluation and validation of alternative raw materials (verification of production facilities, processes and quality control methods to ensure optimal performance).
* In collaboration with the Product Development department, we work on the implementation and improvement of production lines and technical support for manufacturing staff supported by IT-enabled in-house systems. These activities are essential for the mass production of our products.
