Job Description

• Plan and operate human resource management systems.
• Promote labor policies, recruitment, training, and diversity initiatives

* Promote people analytics.* As communication is necessary with employees in the company as well as overseas affiliates and global stakeholders, there are many instances where English is used.

* Since the job involves handling data, individuals will be required to utilize software such as excel to conduct analytical and statistical tasks.

Expected Hiring Grade

• LG1 Leading, Base Salary: 270,000 yen

* Entry grade and base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.

Potential Initial Assignment Location

• Head Office, Technopark, Solution Center (Hyogo Prefecture)

* Proactive efforts underway to promote working remotely, SuperFlex
