Job Overview
We carry out work related to the international legal affairs of the company and work related to the promotion of compliance in the entire Group.
Job Description
- Provide support for the preparation, review, and conclusion of domestic and international contracts, and provide related education to raise awareness within the entire Group.
- Survey and manage trends in laws and regulations, and carry out due diligence.
- Plan and implement measures for promoting compliance, and provide related education to raise awareness within the entire Group.
* We have sole responsibility for reviewing a diverse range of contracts in order to promote global business. In many cases, the other party in the contract is based overseas, so work involving international law is also carried out.
Potential Initial Assignment Location
- Head Office (Hyogo Prefecture)
