Job Description
- Formulate and promote intellectual property strategies for the entire Sysmex Group in line with elemental technology research and the development of products.
- Acquire patent rights, copyrights, and trademark rights, etc., that can be utilized globally.
- Handle litigation of global intellectual property.
* About 80 percent of our patent applications are filed overseas, which means that global travel is often required. We are required to engage in aggressive intellectual property activities, such as dealing directly with overseas agents to acquire global intellectual property, and proactively bring litigation cases on behalf of the company.
